Service Agreement

By engaging with our exclusive concierge medical services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services are provided exclusively to approved members who have completed our rigorous application and vetting process.

Membership Terms

Membership fees are annual and non-refundable. Services are provided subject to physician availability and medical appropriateness. All members must maintain current contact information and comply with our strict privacy and discretion protocols.

Privacy and Confidentiality

All medical information is protected under HIPAA and enhanced privacy protocols. Additional privacy protections are provided through our discretion protocols and comprehensive NDA requirements. Members agree to maintain confidentiality about other members and our service protocols.

Service Availability

While we strive to provide 24/7 availability, services may be limited by physician availability, geographic constraints, or medical appropriateness. Emergency situations may require referral to appropriate emergency facilities within our network.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided by licensed medical professionals of the highest caliber. Our liability is limited to the annual membership fee. Members acknowledge that certain medical situations may require traditional emergency services or specialist referrals within our network.

Termination

Either party may terminate membership with 30 days written notice. Termination does not entitle members to refunds of annual fees. All confidentiality obligations survive termination indefinitely.
